An 反歧视行动 Officer (AAO) is a member of the professional staff who has the responsibility to coordinate and implement the district's efforts to comply with the regulations of N.J.A.C. 6A:7 and to promote a working and learning environment free of discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.

职责:

• Oversees the development and implementation of the district’s 综合股权计划 as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:7: Managing for Equality and Equity in Education.
• 监督计划和相关改进策略的执行情况。
• 与员工、学生和社区保持沟通。
• 为所有核证和非核证工作人员协调/提供规定的在职培训。
• Has full knowledge of the district’s grievance procedures and employment policies and is the point person for students and staff filing grievance procedures.
• 按要求维护机密记录和报告数据。
• 确保地区维持公平和公正的雇用惯例； 经常旁听面试。
• 确保该地区创造一种人人都感到受尊重的环境。
• 履行其他必要的职责。
